![]() Touch Bar was an important selling point for MacBook Pro machines, and one of the features that distinguishes them from MacBook Air. This is hard to believe, even when it comes from Kuo. Apple will also remove the Touch Bar and replace it with physical function buttons. Trip on the wire, and the MagSafe connector just detaches from the computer, which doesn't crash on the floor. It's worth noting that iPhone 12 has its own MagSafe (Opens in a new tab) connector, which is a circular, magnetic wireless charging pad and - besides the magnetic part - has little to do with the old MagSafe. Kuo says the MagSafe charging connector design is "restored," implying that the new design will be similar to the old one. MagSafe is one of those cool, unique Apple innovations that made the company's products special, and many users - me included - were sad to see it gone.
